Our Difference
Intermountain Construction Services (ICS) was formed in 2003 as a Joint Venture between a Small Engineering Firm in Southwestern Montana and five independent investors having background in Mining, Environmental Remediation, and Equipment Operation. In 2011 the individual investors purchased the outstanding shares of the engineering firm to allow ICS to bid and provide services to a larger client base.
ICS has continued to grow throughout the years focusing on Environmental Remediation, Mining, Mine Reclamation, and Utility Work. Utilizing our past experience with multiple technical disciplines, ICS prides ourselves in the ability to provide our clients with alternatives to achieve their desired outcome and to meet our client’s budgetary constraints.

When you contract with ICS you are contracting with an organization that cares about our personnel and yours. We take great pride in our safety record and have not experienced a lost time accident or a reportable incident since 2006. For our organization to succeed we need to ensure that our people are provided with the proper training, tools, and equipment to conduct their work safely and productively. ICS currently operates with an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 0.73.
ICS is concerned about safety from the time we start the bidding process to the completion of the project. We expect all personnel involved, i.e. owners, vendors, and subcontractors to participate in ensuring an accident-free workplace. Additionally, we have worked for clients with their own safety programs, and we implement our practices to align with those of our clients.
